Charity is a Licensed Mortgage Lender. She specializes in VA loans. Being prior service, she is able to assist our Military Borrowers with specifics during their loan process.
She graduated high school early and decided to enlist in the Army for four years. Her MOS was a 63J Quartermaster Chemical Equipment Repairer. She attended Basic Training at Fort Jackson, SC, AIT at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and then Airborne School at Fort Benning, GA.
Her first duty station was 2nd ID Camp Red Cloud in Korea. Fourteen months later she was reassigned to 4th ID Fort Hood TX. She reenlisted to go back out of Country, and 2 months later was in the "Big Red One" in Schwienfurt Germany. Her various positions consisted of mechanics in the motor pool, AOAP testing, Protocol, S-1 Finance and Leave, Orderly Room Clerk, and 1SG Assistant. She finished her enlistment in Germany and then returned stateside.
She attended Kaplan Professional School to learn and process mortgages during the down time in the economy. She learned the industry on the ground floor and passed the state mortgage brokers exam. She obtained her license in April 2009. She is also in the National Mortgage Lender System database.
She is married to Marcelo Weese and has three children, Elijah, Adia, and Xavier. She is a member of Rocky Mountain Business Builders (a division of Business Network International). She is also a Coach and President/Founder of Falcon Youth Cheer Club.
